Welcome to the P2MED center@Yale

Research in our center focuses on data analysis of large scale omics data from pulmonary diseases, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), Sarcoidosis, Asthma and so on. The omics data that we analyze include bulk and single cell RNA sequencing data, genome wide association analysis (GWAS), microbiome sequencing data and so on.
